That's why we offer a test app based on the starti.app technology. The test app cannot be downloaded from App Store or Google Play, but it can be used internally to get a feel for the app. It's also possible to share the test app with a group of test users.
The test app costs EUR 2.000 and is available to you for 3 months.
starti.app is a paid subscription solution. The monthly subscription goes towards maintenance and operation of the app. Besides the monthly subscription we have a required one-time onboarding fee, which covers the development of the app.
The final price of your starti.app subscription depends on which subscription plan and add-ons you choose for your app.
When you get an app based on the starti.app technology, there are two types of fees you need to know about:
Onboarding Fee
This fee covers the costs associated with setting up your new app. We handle the connection to the starti.app platform, and there are expenses involved in ensuring proper integration between starti.app and your website. In addition, we guide you through the entire onboarding process to make sure you get off to a good start with your app.
The setup fee is due when you receive the development version of your app. The development version is not the final version; it's the version you can test and make changes to before we publish the live app. The live app is called the Production App, and it’s the version that will be available on the App Store and Google Play Store.
When you pay the onboarding fee, you also activate your subscription.
Subscription Fee
After you have received the development version of your app, you will start paying a recurring subscription fee for us to maintain your app. You can choose to pay monthly or annually, and you will receive an invoice based on your chosen payment interval. There is a 14-day payment deadline for the invoice.
Maintaining your app means we ensure it stays updated with the latest requirements and updates from Apple and Google. This includes security updates, technological improvements, and system changes.
The first subscription fee is paid together with the onboarding fee.

If you need our assistance to add new features to your app, you can purchase support hours directly from us, and we’ll help you with the development.
Each of our subscription plans includes a number of free push notifications. This number is per month and resets at the end of each month. It is not possible to transfer unused push notifications from one month to the next.
If you need to send more push notifications, you can purchase extra on a monthly basis. Please note that it is only possible to buy additional push notifications if you are on our Plus or Premium plan.
The number of sent push notifications is calculated based on the number of unique push notifications multiplied by the number of recipients for each notification. So if you send the same push notification to 200 recipients, it counts as 200 push notifications.

Your app will need to be published in both App Store and Google Play, but don’t worry – we’ll assist you with both the setup and maintenance of that process. And this is already included in your subscription, so there’s no extra cost.
To help you get started with an app, we offer startups a 50% discount on the first year. After that, the subscription will switch to full price.
To qualify as a “startup,” you must have a CVR number that is less than 3 years old at the time of starting your starti.app subscription.
In our startup plan, you can choose between all three subscription plans (Basic, Plus, and Premium) at 50% off.
