At starti.app, we’re looking for an energetic, focused, and results-driven Sales Lead who thrives in a startup environment with short decision paths, high spirits, and plenty of room to make things happen.


You will be a key driver of our sales efforts - both in developing new customers and strengthening relationships with our existing customer portfolio. Our SaaS solution, starti.app, holds significant untapped potential - especially among mid-sized companies and partners in Denmark - and we’re ready to scale. Quickly, and properly.

About the role

You will have responsibility and the freedom to take ownership of our sales activities, including:

  • Proactive sales outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking events
  • Defining target audiences and building lead lists
  • Booking and conducting customer meetings - and following up through to a decision
  • Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships
  • Working in a structured way with pipeline management, next steps, and momentum
  • Representing starti.app at selected conferences
  • Contributing to strong cross-functional collaboration - and energising colleagues with your drive

You don’t need to be an IT expert, but you have a basic understanding of digital solutions (websites, apps, etc.) and can clearly see the value they create for customers.

About you

We’re looking for someone who gets energy from creating momentum - and who naturally helps lift the mood and strengthen the team around them.

Experience and skills

  • Ideally, you have a couple of years of experience in proactive B2B sales
  • Experience with business development and/or IT/digital solutions is a strong advantage
  • You have strong communication skills in Danish and preferably also English, and you are able to communicate value credibly
  • Your educational background is not decisive, but we expect you to be eager and able to learn and develop within our business area

Location and working hours

  • Our office is based in Hadsten - 3 minutes’ walk from the train station, and with free parking right outside the door
  • Working hours are: 25–37 hours per week by agreement
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to your own car are required
