About Orderstep

Orderstep is an intuitive SaaS platform that helps small and medium-sized businesses streamline their proposal process from A to Z. Whether it's designing a professional proposal, managing follow-ups, or securing the final signature that converts the proposal into a sale, Orderstep is the tool that brings it all together.

The system provides a clear overview of all leads and customers, offering a unique map feature that helps salespeople easily plan routes to client meetings. If there are leads along the route, Orderstep's map helps optimize time on the go by highlighting relevant leads along the way. The notes feature makes it easy to keep track of all interactions and updates, so a complete history for each client is always at hand.

In the field

The app makes Orderstep more accessible

Orderstep's users are primarily the salespeople out in the field. For many of them, it's crucial to have access to the system while attending sales meetings. That's why Orderstep wanted an app that could bring their platform directly into the pockets of salespeople on the go.

With the app's biometric login, salespeople can log in quickly and securely, and the app's GPS gives them an overview of nearby customers and leads while on the move. That way, salespeople spend minimal time on administrative tasks while out in the field.

Push notifications make users even more efficient. They receive instant alerts when a quote is approved or if there's an important follow-up scheduled for that day — avoiding a lot of manual checks on their leads.

What the salespeople love

The features that turn the platform into something you keep open on the road.

Biometric login

Quick and secure access — no passwords in front of a customer.

GPS + map

See nearby customers and leads while on the road, and plan routes around real meetings.

Push notifications

Instant alerts when a quote is approved or a follow-up is due — no inbox drowning.

I see push notifications as a faster and more reliable way to receive information than, for example, email. They arrive more quickly and appear directly on the phone's home screen, instead of getting lost in your inbox.

starti.app: an innovative way to build apps

Orderstep wanted to offer its clients a simple yet powerful app, and starti.app made it easy and fast to get started. The app already offers everything the web version can, with additional features like biometric login, GPS integration, and push notifications that make the Orderstep experience even more user-friendly.

With starti.app as a partner, Orderstep was quickly up and running, and they now dream of adding even more features to benefit their clients.

starti.app is an innovative way to create apps if you already have a website that works well on mobile. The best part is that you have access to features like push notifications, biometric login, calendar integration, and so on.

The app opens up for exciting opportunities in the future

Orderstep wants to make their system so easy and intuitive that it almost runs in the background, allowing their clients to focus on what truly matters: sales. They're continually working on developing and improving the app with even more features that simplify the daily lives of salespeople. Two of the next big ideas:

Calendar integration

Two-way sync between Orderstep and the user's phone calendar.

Microphone integration

Voice-activated use of the app for even better efficiency on the go.
